Major Achievements

Set up strategic compliance programs (anti-corruption, international sanctions, data privacy) with the appropriate governance and implement them across the organisation making sure they make sense to the business and meet regulators expectations. I am a pragmatic leader, very committed, I like developing teams so that they perform at their best. I am currently managing a team of 50 persons (20 at HQ level and 30 in affiliates).
