Also led global communication strategies for Syngenta and ISS to build and protect brand reputation. Corporate Governance: Member of ISS`s Transformation Board, shaping the cultural transformation and member of the ISS Disclosure Committee. Chair of the ISS Global Communications Leadership team overseeing governance and ethical compliance. Executive Board and Committee Member of the Asherah Foundation. Crisis, Reputation and Issue Management: Manage reputation and navigate crises and complex issues, including positioning and managing critical actors and stakeholders across challenges, such as fair labour issues in manufacturing sites, trade union liaison and employee industrial action and strikes. ESG: Promote significance of ESG in a contemporary business landscape, which is critical to a company’s license to operate. Developed partnership with Tent Partnership for Refugees, hiring 1K refugees over 3 years in Europe and US. Launched a programme for C-suite to mentor employees with a disability. Diversity & Inclusion: Promote diversity and inclusion, particularly gender equity, within large corporate organisations. Completed Executive Women in Leadership programme from Cornell University in the US focused on the gender biases women face in the workforce and strategies to break these down.
