Established and expanded largest healthcare access programme across 19 countries in Africa, delivering over 40 million interventions, reducing cost per intervention from $10 to $0.50. Launched first in call product globally setting pricing strategy and launch sequencing. Managed own P&L, setting short , medium and long term strategies with budgets exceeding $50m. Lead and manged a global team, including coaching and development, supporting succession planning.
