I am an astute business executive with more than twenty-five years of experience, with a proven record of generating and building relationships, managing projects from concept to completion, designing organisational strategies, contributing to the bottom line and ensuring Return on Investment.

I was appointed as the Head/ Technical Manager of the European Union (EU) in South Africa to ensure that all EU funds were managed and distributed according to EU modalities within a stringent internal control environment. Restructuring of the South African Public Service post - apartheid era, consisting of 1, 2 million employees, including Labour Relations advice, negotiations with Organised Labour and Retrenchments. Designing and implementing workflow processes and implementing new legislation as part of Organisation Design interventions and the implementation of Corporate Governance systems for the newly established Public Service.
