Operation value add by Overall framework of SOP’s of procurement guidelines for the Purchase Department Previous Rich Experience: ___________________________________________________________________________________________________ • Overall PnL responsibilities for Past 7 Years Heading Operations, Procurement & Sales. • Improve the operational systems, processes and policies in support of organizations mission specifically, support better management reporting, information flow and management, business process and organizational planning. • Managed and increased the effectiveness and efficiency of Support Services (Human Resources, IT and Finance), through improvements to each function as well as coordination and communication between support and business functions. Executed OD programmes Methodology for Creating High Performance Organizations and driving COE, Learning Central and Element K. • Programmed and executed in long-term planning, including an initiative geared toward operational excellence in overall HR & Operational financial management, planning, systems and controls. • Planning and preposition of Project Management budget and scheduling in coordination with the Executive Directors. • Development of individual program budgets analysing the capital flow and funding sources, including calculation of completed units of service of project. • HR Budget, Employee Development and engagement, Payroll management, including tabulation of accrued employee benefits. • Preparing, planning and managing of fiscal documents related to cost and project management along with Finance Director around fiscal planning & Budgeting. • Training & Developing / facilitating the executive managers supervise and coach the organizational entities on Compliance, HR and projection basis in the HR and operations functions on a development program basis.
