Major Achievements

As CCO I managed and developed a team of 40 compliance officers. I designed and implemented fit for purpose compliance processes in the construction project operations and chaired the compliance committee for a French/Korean project of 20Bn EUR. I successfully led the integration of the Ethics &. Compliance processes further to a merger and achieved 20% external and internal costs reduction and synergies. I received the best Compliance Department Award in 2016
