Founder and Managing Director of ISF, a specialized Service Platform For Executive Search & Technology businesses wherein we have developed in-house apps like Bengaluru Suddi, Must Love Pets, and ISF Job Portal. Prior to ISF, spearheaded Leadership roles with INAC (Aryan HR), Headhunters India, Areva T &D, Bharath Headhunters, etc., and helped in scaling up business both in personnel and revenue. Expanded market share for ISF, other organizations for business operations, on an average from 30 percent to 55 percent, increasing existing profit margins by 40 to 60 percent, with a higher quality of services.
