Head of sales in a new founded division with focus on: product launch, worldwide market entry strategy, building up of a new international sales team (25 people), worldwide responsibility; planning and realization of the annual targets (revenue >50 mio€); sales Controlling (KPIs..). Foreign experiences mainly with European, Asian (South East Asia), Eastern European and American business partners.
Restructuring after bankrupcy, member of board, >30 people, 100 mio € revenue, reorganisation of sales / marketing.
Turnaround / change with growth and sustainable sales figures, EBITA... after a restructuring as Managing director DACH.
