Many implementations and extensions of the usage of ERPs,accounting and consolidation softwares (SAP,Magnitude,AS Conso etc). Main outcomes : decrease of the DSO and improvement of the working capital,speed up of the group reporting delivery,decrease of the financial department costs. Managed teams : about 15 people on average.
