- Support the successful design and implementation of pathways to international markets. - Team Management and Development:
- Build, lead and mentor high-performing teams across operations, customer support, and project delivery functions.
- Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement. - Customer and Stakeholder Engagement:
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and forums to showcase the company’s solutions.
- Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and industry leaders. - Financial and Operational Efficiency
- Develop a:nd manage budgets for operational functions, ensuring cost efficiency and financial health.
