Objectives

  • Key Responsibilities: 1. Leadership & Accountability: - Lead the executive team with full ownership, fostering a high-performance culture rooted in accountability. - Set and enforce clear KPIs across all departments for measurable, results-driven execution. - Mentor key leaders, address performance gaps, and make decisive calls when needed. - Shield the CEO from daily operations by proactively resolving challenges before they escalate. 2. Growth, Scaling & Profitability: - Propel the company to its next growth phase, balancing revenue expansion with profitability. - Execute new revenue streams, market penetration, and strategic partnerships. - Leverage data-driven insights to optimize pricing, supply chain, and financial outcomes. - Align product, sales, and marketing efforts for cohesive, scalable growth. 3. Operational & Financial Excellence: - Enhance efficiency in supply chain, manufacturing, logistics, and inventory systems. - Oversee and refine processes, technology, and reporting frameworks. - Partner with the CFO to manage P&L, cash flow, and financial strategy. - Identify cost efficiencies while safeguarding margins and long-term financial health. 4. Strategic Decision-Making & Execution: - Make critical operational decisions independently, keeping the CEO focused on vision. - Anticipate and resolve scaling challenges to maintain seamless operations. - Strengthen vendor, supplier, and partner relationships to boost efficiency and market edge. - Ensure cross-functional alignment for maximum strategic impact.
