Opportunity
The General Manager will report to the CEO and oversee all aspects of business operations, including strategic planning, financial management, team leadership and operational efficiency.
Objectives
- - Responsible for all processes of the company including sales, programs, engineering, aftermarket, finance, HR, HSE. - Accountable to implement (in coordination with the function leaders) the company processes for optimizing and managing the financial performance of the Facility as well as ensuring engineering, production and on time delivery / quality goals are met. - Develop sales and support Business Development initiatives. - Develop the facility`s long and short term goals and direct and coordinate the facility management team in achieving those goals. - Responsible for the environmental health and safety of our employees and business. - Embody the Company`s core values and promote these values throughout the facility.
