Opportunity
Group Operations Director to implement and lead the new global strategy of the company to support its growth.
Objectives
- - Develop and implement strategic plans to optimise the company`s operations and supply chain management processes. - Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of operations managers and professionals to achieve goals and objectives. - Oversee all aspects of production ensuring alignment with company objectives and customer demand. - Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and improve quality and customer satisfaction. - Collaborate with cross–functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, Finance, and R&D, to ensure alignment of operations with overall business objectives. - Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to assess performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions as needed. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services while optimising costs. - Keep up to date with industry trends, market dynamics, and regulatory requirements to proactively identify opportunities and mitigate risks. - Visit sites in the US, India and China.
