Major Achievements

I was responsible for developing and executing a strategic plan to turn around a failing business that had just downsized from 25 to 4 employees. I led a recruiting program that quickly added 10 qualified people and two offices as well as led the implementation of the new business plan. This business unit returned to profitability within one year, primarily due to my leadership and the quality of the people that I hired.
